Originating from Kentz (1980s), acquired by SNC‑Lavalin (2014), and rebranded as independent Aurex in 2020, they've recently formed a strategic equity partnership with RMB Ventures and Bopa Moruo (June 2023) and expanded into Namibia in 2024.
